INFORMATION ABOUT REQUIREMENTS
We Provide Logistic & Transport Service to many national and multinational companies. We have our branches in many cities and towns in the state of Orissa, West Bengal and Bihar. We receive goods from the company (which belongs to the company)and keep record of them and despatch the goods to various dealers and distributors through our vehicles and by hiring vehicles and boooking small consinments in other transports. We also transfer the goods to our branch offices and other branches of the company.
We want a ERP Solution to manage and keep report of all the Stock in our depo and our branches,Despatches till delivery of all the consignments, Vehicle movement and tracking of the vehicles, and accounts of the monetory and daily transactions and other accounting reports including vehicle wise income & expenses,vehicle efficiency, other incomes & expenses direct/indirect,capital expenses, overall balance sheet,overall profit and loss account please suggest a right solution. It should help calculate the tax amount of each partners individually and of the company.Keep records of all expenses of our firm as well as the records of the expenses made for the compamy which needs to be billed with the regular monthly bill. It also need to calculate the freight bill amount for a particular company according to the quantity and weight of consignments delivered and the calculate total bill to be raised to the company.Division wise profit and loss and all reports.Also in a division company wise profits and loss and income and expenditure and stock report and other important transaction report, any report or transactoin which may be required for the monthly billing.
The solution should provide such a function that we can via internet view our daily reports and expenses and incomes from any where in the world. We expect about fifteen users. We want to select the solution in a month. We are open to consulting help for evaluation of solutions. We have specification for budget. Depending on the quality and market goodwill of the software and the company whatever their market value.
We also need a reliable software for Jewellery Inventory Management and Accounting for our sister concern.
