need a direct marketing (Telishopping CRM) software which should enable us to
increase employee productivity, enhance customer service and reduce costs by
combining the capabilities of our product telemarketing equipment (or our
existing phone system) with the custom functionality of Windows, Web
applications. Our employees work from home. Our Service Provider has
developed a family of telecom products that facilitates and promotes this
capability. Our product outbound manual telemarketing, combined with our inbound
telemarketing application software and telephony products, fully supports
remote agents. Now our workforce can be significantly expanded with the addition
of work- at- home employees.
The Solution should support following…
