We are a NGO related to helping disadvantaged people. We are providing fellowships to deserving youngsters. We want a solution wherein a applicant (for fellowship) applies from the internet/web. The applications would then be put in a database and then screened. After due process, mentors and donors would be assigned to the successful applicants.
We are trying to find a readymade solution for the above application. We want the solution immediately. Even if a somewhat ready solution is available, we can consider it.
