We are a multi-brand mobile phone servicing company. We have five branches. We want a CRM Solution that helps us track status of Work Orders. Currently we are using a offline software at each branch. We want the solution to provide us online status of the Work Orders for each handset. It should have good reporting facilities. The requirement is not very urgent, but if we find something suitable, we may go for it. There will be five users.
