We are into distribution of office automation products. We are currently using a CRM, for which we are not getting support, hence we want to go for a new CRM. The focus of the CRM is for Service function, if Sales function is also provided it will be a bonus. We want to select the solution immediately. We expect two users. We do not want a web based solution, the server should be in our control. We will need help with data migration.
