We make various types of batteries. We have a very high number of customers. We need to track various communications with the customers and inquiries, for which a CRM Solution is required. The Solution will be used by about ten sales people. We want to also keep track of buying record of each customer. We want to have reporting from various perspectives such as market wise, territory wise etc. We are keen to select a reasonably priced solution, which can be customized for us. Selection timeframe is one month. We do not want a online solution, our data should reside on our server.
