INFORMATION ABOUT REQUIREMENTS
We are a service provider company, which provides any security and investigative solutions for corporate houses. This includes verification requirements like pre employment background screening.
We are evaluating CRM Solutions for immediate selection. The process flow is as follows…
1. In our case CRM should take the COMPANY NAME as lead and ACCOUNT.
2. Mass & Individual entry.
3. Mass mailing should have Undelivered/Delivered message in CRM Inbox.
4. Any visit to our site(s) and if any query the contact detail should automatically get entered as lead in CRM and mail should reach in inbox of CRM to particular login(s) for action (Company Name, Contact Person’s Name, Company’s Landline No., Extn No., Mobile No, and Company’s Email ID and Enquiry details).
5. Depending upon the requirement of the visitor of our site Pre-set documents related to the particular requirement should automatically sent to his/her mail by demanding mail ID through CRM (Login/mail ID to be decided).
6. Some demarcation should be there to identify leads which have contacted earlier.
7. Some demarcation should be there to identify leads who have responded positive/Negative (with Yes/No option).
8. Some demarcation should be there to identify leads who have not responded and I, II, & III follow-up mails should go after a fixed interval for which POP-UP reminders should alarm us.
9. Some demarcation should be there to identify leads which have responded as negative and should become a fresh lead after a fixed period of three, six and twelve months (decided by us).
10. We should be able to see our INBOX & SENT ITEMS in CRM as like OUTLOOK.
11. All correspondence (In-coming & Sent mails) with all of Leads/Contacts/Accounts should be saved in a separate file folder in chronologically. We should be able to see all correspondence separately.
12. We should be able to create our Letterhead, Templates, Quotes
13. POP-UPs for To Do / Scheduler on day to day working should be effective through out the day till the work has been executed or POP-UP have been terminated manually.
14. Daily TO DO list should appear first automatically on screen as CRM gets on. Task scheduled for the day should get omitted from the list automatically after completion / execution. Remaining tasks should automatically get shifted to the next days TO DO list or facility to reach to Scheduler directly should be there.
15. Scheduler should alarm us thrice automatically (starting four days before) for important task.
16. For In coming mails facility should be there to reach to “To Do Things” or “Scheduler” directly.
17. POP-up reminder should appear on screen for un-responded mails after fixed interval (fixed by us) for action to be taken and it should lead us to that particular mail sent/received earlier. It should keep popping up till the work has been executed or terminated manually.
18. Should we be able to edit/change the contact person’s NAMES and CONTACT details without creating a new contact or serial number.
No special profile is required for the Solution Provider. They should have experience with a service provider company. It does not have to be a large or well reputed company. Reliability is what is necessary. The Solution should integrate with microsoft outlook and other MS Office applications.
We want to select the solution immediately. Our budget is low. We expect three users initially.
