INFORMATION ABOUT REQUIREMENTS

We are a non-profit organization. We work primarily in the field of education, addressing non formal education (fifty plus centers) and also formal education (six schools).

We are looking for comprehensive ERP solution to digitize all the operations (HR management, student data management, Teachers, volunteers, donors, payroll, management reporting) connecting locations and people on field. We have the requirements, workflow and database design ready. Looking for solution provider who have ready web based (so that only one license is enough) product with less customization needed and Cheaper & easier maintenance in future.

Timeframe for solution selection is three to four months. We expect about three hundred to four hundred users. As we are a non profitable organization, we prefer looking for either donated license (with customization fee and AMC payable). If not, the standard but cheap solutions can be considered further.
