We manufacture telecom equipment. Our sales is about 90 crores. We are considering a CRM solution from a broad and long term (five to ten years) perspective. Areas that can be covered include Service Management, Sales Automation, Marketing and Call Center. Currently we are implementing SAP, hence the CRM should integrate with SAP. We are currently using a Service Management software being used by our hundred odd service centers. We may replace this software with the new CRM. Number of users will depend on the areas that the new CRM will cover.
