Three vendors have met us of which the one has sent a proposal. We would welcome more - especially those with both marketing & it capabilities. We need 1.Consulting on data collection (demographic) for potential consumers in cachment areas. 2. Data capture & transfer to digi storage. 3. 1 & 2 also for existing mall customers. 4. Design & implementation of a loyalty card program. 5. Data collection (ongoing) & data mining for evolving a CRM program. So in effect we need a combo of marketing & IT services. We would like to deal through a single window.
