We are into Realty, Hospitality, Healthcare & Education. We are looking for a CRM solution with innovative loyalty card program for 2 malls. We wish to design a solution with an innovative loyalty card program and are looking for expertise. The Solution Provider should have ability to conceptualize, design , test , train our team on operations for the " required solution description " - preferably experience of having worked in mall crm. Currently data capture is manual. The mall management depends upon individual stores for value sales figs. The initial vendor presentations should be over in the next 45 days. Budget will be decided at a later date.
