- a lead management software , which can import information from excel and incorporate it into the software
- ability to put action and reminders against each activity must be present
- not more than two users
- it is a B2C business with upto 40 calls per day, these calls will be entered into excel and then the data transferred to the software
- easy to input ,monitor and track the leads
